Scope of Project: Conversion of a Class B 98/18/EC-as amended- vessel to a SOLAS vessel for Short International Voyages.

Our Engagement: Developing of Full Conversion Design  as per SOLAS requirements – Two new lifeboats were installed on board, Enlargement of main saloon area filled with Pullman seats– enrlargement of staircases, New VIP Saloon on Upper Deck, Side Pilot doors P+S added

The vessel was originally designed and supervised during construction by our naval studio. This design has been so successful that has been sold two times up her original building contract. All the necessary studies and calculations were executed to convert the domestic Class B vessel to a SOLAS vessel for short international voyages with unrestricted navigation for a major passenger ship operator in Red Sea. Two new lifeboats were installed on board. Owner’s special requirements were: New VIP Saloon on Upper Deck and larger main saloon with Pullman seats, Side Pilot doors P+S added. The vessel left Greece and has been the newest and most modern vessel operating in Red Sea at the moment.
